The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire will meet on Friday Oct. 15, 2021 at 1:30 pm, Meeting Room 1, City Hall City of Lebanon, 51 N. Park St., Lebanon, NH 03766 This meeting is open to the public pursuant to RSA 91-A.


As City Hall is normally closed on Fridays, if the side door is locked when anyone arrives to attend the meeting in person, please call (603) 667-7785 for access. Face masks are required inside buildings in public spaces within the City of Lebanon. The Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire is a non-profit corporation established on 10/1/21 to operate as a governmental instrumentality pursuant to a Joint Powers Agreement in accordance with NH RSA 53-A and RSA 53-E, between 13 municipalities and one county.

The Coalition will create value for our Community Power member municipalities by jointly contracting for services, developing projects and programs together, educating and engaging the public, and advocating for communities and customers at the Legislature and Public Utilities Commission.

October 1, 2021 CPCNH Incorporates 

On Friday October 1, 2021, thirteen municipalities and one county joined together to incorporate Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire. The nonprofit Joint Powers Agency was created to assist cities and towns in launching Community Power programs.
